ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance
In 2006 our company decided to introduce the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system. It is our firm belief that trackable processes must be kept in all aspects of our work in order to insure the highest standards of translation and proofreading assignments.
ISO 9001:2000 demands a well-thought of system with a firm structure and base in all work procedures. The system insures transparency in all processes within the company, feasible documentation of actions and routinely management of all work phases.
